It's great that we're starting to see the samples from the boxes spun up already and here's another. I had a spare sample of the Peacock BFL left after sending mine in for the boxes so I spun it up and am really pleased with the results. Here's a before and after shot of the single I spun and the finished yarn.
Before spinning it, I split the sample into quarters along it's length so that the colours would be repeated along the length of the single. I then I n-plied it to get a 3ply yarn and to keep the colour repeats.
There's around 19m at 12 wpi and all in all I'm rather pleased with it.
